Terms of Sale
All works offered by Galerie Boketto — whether vintage objects, contemporary pieces, or new commissions — are sold subject to the following conditions.
Condition & Attribution
Vintage works are sold as described at the time of sale and may be listed as mint condition, restored, or reconditioned. Attribution follows standard industry practice: by denotes verified authorship; attributed to indicates strong stylistic evidence without definitive documentation. Contemporary and commissioned works are sold as described in their individual listings or proposals.
Prices & Payment
All prices are in euros, inclusive of applicable taxes. Full payment is required at the time of purchase by bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted methods.
Right of Withdrawal
For online purchases, individual clients have 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with French consumer law. This right does not apply to reconditioned, reupholstered, or made-to-order works, nor to purchases made in-gallery. In-store sales are final unless otherwise agreed at the time of sale.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are indicative. The gallery cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.
